We can help with app problems, purchases, accessibility feedback, account-data questions, reports, blocks, and moderation decisions. For deletion requests, use the web deletion request form when possible.

Before you write

Include your platform and app version.
Describe what you expected and what happened.
For a moderation concern or appeal, include the approximate time and the relevant message or press—not personal information about another person.

Urgent concerns

We review reports daily. If you believe content creates an urgent safety concern, email us with "Urgent moderation" in the subject line. The Button is not an emergency service; call local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
