Request data deletion

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Use a one-time code from The Button to submit a deletion request without sending us account identifiers.

Before you begin

1. Open The Button and go to Settings.
2. Select Get web deletion code.
3. Enter that code below.

Your code is valid for 24 hours and can be used once.

Do not send your profile details, device identifiers, or screenshots of the code by email.

What happens next

We will process a valid request within 30 days, subject to records we must retain for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or shared-streak purposes. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what may be retained after it is de-linked from your profile.
